Excellent stay
The house is in great location, with easy access to theme parks and KSC. My party had 13 people of various ages, kids and adults, and we enjoyed the stay a lot. Lots of room, nice playroom with games, clean pool. Kids loved the home theater and all the themed rooms. The host was very responsive and addressed all questions quickly. Highly recommend.

Fun family trip
My family of 14 really enjoyed our stay at the house! We had a variety of ages ranging from 4 months old to 80+. All of the rooms accommodated all of our group. The teens loved the theater room and the game room was a hit for everyone. We planned to stay Sunday-Friday but ended up extending our stay 1 additional day and the host was able to accommodate that request. Leading up to our vacation, I communicated with the host several times as well while we were there and the host always responded back in a timely manner. We felt safe in the area with it being in a gated community and there was a security guard there. My family and I would love to book this house again!

Great house!
He had a great time in this house. We particularly enjoyed having movie night in the home theater. Kids loved the play room! The room was clean and had everything that we needed. We also enjoyed the 2 water parks in the gated community. We would definitely recommend it to our friends and family.

Amazingly what was advertised with a few hiccups. Game room amazing but loud had to unplug games. Laundry made the trip easier less packing. Pool was fantastic hot tub was always cold had to wait for it to warm up every time. Ants ate the doughnuts the last night of our stay, not sure where they came from. This rental was the highlight of our vacation and made it worth going. Skip Disney watch people fish for Alligators( not actually allowed)

Perfect !
This is a great home. Perfect for a large group. Close to all the amusement parks. Its beautiful on the lake. Pool was clean patio area was wonderful. Beds were super comfortable and great pillows too. The theme rooms were a hit for all !! Plan to revisit. Definitely 5 stars. Thank you for an awesome stay !!

Overall, the house is nice, but fell short of expectations. Itā€™s smaller than expected for an 8 bedroom home, especially the common areas. We came with a big family and the kitchen, living room and dinning room area felt tight with the kids running around and everyone trying to cook. We made the best of it. The pool area is nice but again smaller than expected for an 8 bedroom house. Having the lake view was beautiful, but be careful because we saw 2 alligators nearby.

Had a wonderful time at the property. Very clean with a nice lay out. A few issues; the electronic basketball game did not register scoring (bad sensor). I mention it only because two of my grandsons are huge basketball fans and were a little disappointed. Overall a great time for everyone.

Everything in the home is 100% as advertised, and perfect for a large group. Our only complaint is the gate entry process - long lines in the evening. The community needs to add another entry point.

Beautiful Home
Our extended family stayed for a long weekend. The house looks exactly like the photos. The home is large and everyone can be together or have privacy. The location in Kissimmee is good as a base to enjoy the greater Orlando area. We enjoyed the home pool and the community pools. The house is starting to show some wear and tear. The pool table top was ripped the entire length and the car video game was not functioning correctly. The dryer takes about three cycles to fully dry clothing(we didnā€™t notice this until the end of our stay). None of these items dampened our stay. We did report them upon arrival so they will be addressed. The host was very responsive. The only reason I would not book this property again is the guard gate situation. You have to enter thru a secure guard gate and the line to access it gets super long. We waited over 30 minutes when we arrived just to get to the scanner to enter the neighborhood.We did find a ā€œbackā€ way to reach the gate the next day, but even with that the wait was lengthy each time we tried to return to the home.

This house was perfect for our family trip. There were 18 of us. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms. The kids were so sad to leave. It was over the top. We will definitely visit again. The pictures donā€™t do it justice. Itā€™s a huge home.

Easy to find and once we went in, it was exactly as it was pictured and more! The kids loved the swimming pool. Lots of room for all of us! Not too far from attractions. Game room was a plus for the older kids and adults. Only reported a couple of things and they were reconciled quickly. Either that day or the next. Will definitely come back and highly recommend this to others!!!! Thank you again for sharing your house with me and my family!

Excellent Stay! Would Retun!
The property is incredibly spacious and very comfortable for up to 4 familes. House is well appointed and a short walk to one of the main pool areas. Groceries and shopping are located nearby. Roads surrounding the property are very congested, so be advised that any travel less than 5 miles could take up to 30 minutes, but this is no fault of the property or owners themselves, just an FYI. Would definitely consider returning in the future!

Family Vacation 2024
This was a fun place to stay. Game room was a hit with the kids, just note the pool table and air hockey table are for fun not for competitive play. Itā€™s a kids play room so donā€™t get set back if youā€™re looking for more. We truly enjoyed the movie room especially on the Florida Rainy Days . Location is great and property was in great condition. We enjoyed and hope next family can do the same.

We were very pleased with the house. It was very clean and beautifully set up when we arrived. The kidsā€™ bedrooms were so much fun for them. The pool area was great. The only negative was that the game room was a little too crowded. However, everything in it was greatā€¦it just would be better with maybe 2 less items.

Awesome Week
My family of 14 had an amazing week. Its tricky sometimes to please a group of 14 but this week it happened. The house was perfect. The rooms downstairs accommodated the ones who couldn't use stairs, so grateful. The teenagers were pleased with the setup and the gameroom. The pool was perfect. It is a peaceful quiet paradise on the back of the house. We enjoyed the bird sanctuary and watching the wildlife all week. The closer proximity to food and entertainment was a plus as well. It was a great memorable week. Thank you!

Perfect place for multi- family vacation
There were 10 of us staying at the house. It had room for many more! Our kids range from 12-19 and they all had a blast. The game room was great , the rooms were spacious and the pool was perfect. It was very clean and just as described. We had to contact the company one time and the response was very quick and helpful. It was a very short distance from Disney, Universal, Disney Springs etc. we would definitely recommend staying here and hope to stay again next year!
