Unfortunately, the drainage in the washroom was not functioning properly, which made taking showers a less than pleasant experience. Despite this setback, I must commend the staff for their efforts in trying to address the issue promptly. They were apologetic and tried to assist us as best they could, which we appreciated. It's evident that they care about the comfort of their guests and strive to provide a positive experience overall.
