Great location for visiting Nikko Shrines. Historically significant hotel built in 1873. Huge room. No bathtub in bathroom, only shower. Beautiful lobby. Try the trout for dinner.

Staff are nice and give us free ride to Tobu station
A perfect location to be able to walk to the town and temples. Hotel was very clean and comfortable and the staff were very polite and helpful. If you’re after a buzzing night life then you will be disappointed as most of the restaurants and shops are closed by 6pm.
We arrived at 11:30pm do to traveling late, I received multiple emails from the hotel asking what time I would arrive (I unfortunately didn’t see them until I arrived because I wasn’t checking my phone).
