Lovely and sunny loft heart of Nice with A/C!

Welcome to the Nest House! This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. You are less than 2 minutes away from Jean Médecin, 10ish minutes from the Promenade des Anglais and the beach, place Masséna and the old Nice.

The Nest House is a loft with a unique design which was created by an architect from the Netherlands. Simple yet artistic, you will find yourself in a relaxing and cozy space with everything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

You have access to every part of the space except some closets, cabinets, wardrobe and private storage areas which will all be locked and you will clearly see a RED TAG meaning restricted. Please DO NOT try to unlock any private object.

Your safety and satisfaction is our priority! Feel free to reach out and ask your questions before your arrival. We make sure to provide you with everything you need to have a pleasant stay and experience.

Must knows and house rules:
1. No parties or events allowed.
2. No smoking allowed.
3. No pets allowed.
4. Suitable for toddlers and children under 12.
5. No unregistered guests allowed.
6. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
7. Please respect the noise curfew (10:00pm till 8:00am)
8. Please turn off the AC and heater when you go out, excessive energy consumption is harmful for the environment.
9. Please respect check-in and check-out times.
10. Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee.
11. Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit. 
12. Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
13. Please do your dishes.
14. Please take the trash out before you leave.
15. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
16. All doors and gates must be locked at all times for everyone's security.
