"Everything else was very good. The only problem I had was with the king size bed. This bed had a big dip in the middle. Always before the bed has been so great. Only this time and it took a long while for the air conditioner to cool the room down. I want to say your staff is awesome. Hung has been there the last few time and he has made me feel like home. The hotel comes with a rich history and was very welcoming and the room was beautiful and had an elegant, rustic touch to it. Facilities looked great (pool, gym) but didn't have time for them. Location is great and near to shopping malls and historic sites. "
