Absolutely gorgeous renovated basement apartment, sparkling clean, with full bathroom and kitchen. Private entrance, keypad entry (self-check in), fully furnished "all new". Safe and quiet neighborhood with free unmetered street parking .Just pay attention to street cleaning days. Only 7 miles away from Newark airport. Uber and Lyft available at all times. walking distance to bus stop . 1.5 miles to Elizabeth train station into NYC. 4 miles to Kean University and 7 miles to Prudential Center.

Please be aware we live upstairs, We have a kid an two dogs, one is a Cane corso the other one is an English bulldog so you will hear him snore. they are friendly and trained. If you are not pet friendly, or allergic to dogs we do not recommend this place.

Nice neighborhood with great local parks!
I am a bit of a light sleeper, so I could hear snoring from above my head at the bed and also coming through the bathroom ceiling. Certainly everyone is hard working and sleep very much so needed, but that was my only concern.

Small, no drawers, no hangers in closet. Bathroom so small that if you sit on the toilet, you can hit your head on the shower. No counter space in Bathroom. Steep stairs to Apt. Railing loose.

Very clean and convenient location
Had a wonderful stay here. Location was convenient, we traveled from California for a wedding. We had a private entrance and hosts were very helpful, I hope to stay again.
