The room was clean and staff very helpful. Also, the location was great.. just a short walk to Madison Square Garden. The one complaint I do have is Valet parking. It was fairly disorganized and I needed to leave my car double parked on the street ( for too long) until staff came to move it

This is a small hotel located 2-1/2 blocks from Madison Square Gardens and 3-1/2 blocks from Macy’s! Breakfast buffet was ample with many choices. Did not hear a lot of street traffic.

Friendly staff clean room and close to everything. Love the body wash and lotion they supply! The only thing there was no eggs for breakfast but everything else was good. Love the fresh cookies as well! Whenever I come to the city I will stay there.

Got a two double-bed room, a bit tight but clean, well maintained and good bed. Very good water pressure for shower. Basic continental breakfast (3-hot items per day), with good dining area. Very convenient location for transit close to Penn station. A few convenient restaurants just beside it. A supermarket just across.

Filthy hotel. Nothing like the pictures showed. Staff were courteous that’s the only good thing I can say about the hotel. Rooms and beds were tiny. I cannot believe Hampton Inn lets this place use their name.
