The unit itself was gorgeous and a great place to stay. Convenient location as well. We were extrememly displeased with our entire stay as there were not said items provided and not in the essientials closet. When requested, they said they would bring them and didnt until contacted again. Alarm system was going off every morning and evening and when they said they would send tech to turn it off they did not. I was frustrated having to call them multiple times a day and the lack of service ultimately ruined our stay. Its unfortunate because its a beautiful unit. Would not recommend due to terrible customer service and lack of communication/ability to provide what was promised.

A very impressive property,the building was an old warehouse from the 1800s and has 20ft ceilings with loads of exposed brickwork that looks great. The property felt very high end with good furnishings throughout. Easy walk to the French Quarter which makes the location fantastic. I would recommend to anyone going to stay in New Orleans. Great property

What a big, spacious, beautiful place in a great area! Love the high ceilings and big living room. The communications were timely and sufficient. I’d certainly stay here again!

The property is beautiful but the rugs and furniture are apparently never cleaned so our living room smelled like a locker room. What's more, the furniture gave me some kind of allergic reaction, presumably from previous guests bringing pets in. With no concierge there's no way to control this. As per instructions left in the room, I complained via text and asked for a room change. After two attempts and 24 hours I gave in and downloaded the app to chat with them. They quickly got us a.room in a nearby building on a much sketchier street. The new apartment was much more utilitarian and a definite downgrade from the first, but at least I could sit on the sofa.

The space was great! Good sized, great kitchen, two bathrooms. There were laundry machines which was fantastic. The beds were super comfortable and everything was clean. Couple things we noticed: 1. COULD NOT get the tv to work no matter what we tried. It would turn on and we could adjust the volume but no ability to change channels. 2. It rained really hard on our last night and in the morning the toilets wouldn’t flush for a while. It resolved on its own when the water receded. There were also several little insect friends (maybe roaches, maybe beetles but decent sized) who made their way inside, I assume to get away from the water. I also couldn’t determine how to get to the essentials closet! Overall, it was a great option for a long weekend, much better than a hotel room would have been!
