French Ouarter Favorite has all the flair of New Orleans. Whether you are coming to the Big Easy for a romantic get away or to just visit the world famous Bourbon St.

Enjoy your stay at a fully restored historic 1850 building featuring 14 foot ceilings, exposed brick and original hardwood floors. Perfect setting with all the furnishings of home.

Large pillow top king size bed, 55 Inch flat screen television, galley kitchen with granite counter tops, gas stove. microwave, refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, secure entry and courtyard located on front side of building.

Take a stroll just a few blocks away to the French Market which also features a Flea Market, Retail & Farmers Market. Walk a few more blocks and you will see Cafe du Monde...stop for some coffee and beignets.

Shop at one of our many local venue's and then stroll a few blocks down and across the street to Jackson Square where you can enjoy a carriage ride tour of New Orleans History. You will also see some of our local artist's, palm readers and the St. Louis Cathedral.

When you walk out of the Condo, take a left and walk a few blocks to Frenchman Street where you can enjoy the best Jazz in town along with amazing cajun cuisine or just an awesome Po-Boy.

Walk out your door to Bourbon Street and enjoy live music venues along the way. Stole at Pat O’Briens for a world famous Hurricane. Walk less then a block to Port Of Call for one of their famous hamburgers and don't forget to try a Monsoon.

Great stay and a great location
Our stay was great! The location can't be beat. It's super quiet at night, but only a short walk to the craziness of Bourbon Street or live music on Frenchmen Street. Kimberly was incredibly responsive and made sure our time in the Big Easy was fantastic. Would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous but….
Lived this place!! Super easy access and great communication. The only problems we had was getting hot water with the shower and the A/C couldn’t keep up with the miserable August weather. We will use again for sure!

We loved our stay here! It was the perfect location close enough to everything but quiet when you needed it to be. Location location location (and parking)!
We tend to spend most of our time in New Orleans on Frenchmen St or the lower Quarter so this location on Esplanade was perfect for us. Cozy apartment, comfy bed, and since we drive over the on-street parking is also a nice bonus.

Unique place
Unique and beautiful place with hardwood floors, high ceilings, and big windows. Perfect for two people. Cozy, quiet, and quaint. Big, comfortable bed with extra pillows. Immaculate, with all the necessities, plus extras. Great location, easy walking to all kinds of activities and restaurants. We absolutely loved our stay, and hope to come back again.

Excellent location and accommodation
This apartment in an old apt building has a mini kitchen and a king size bed. Fantastic location at the quiet end of Bourbon Street and right around the corner from Frenchmens Street where all the great jazz is. Our property manager was very responsive during our stay, plus there's a building manager on site. Our check in and check out were seamless and contactless. Highly recommend this spot for 2 travelers.

The property was very nice. It was well decorated and cozy. The location was perfect. It was close enough to get to the active party part of town, but far enough away to not hear the loud music. I would definitely recommend this site to everyone. There were some nice eating establishments within a couple of blocks.
