Overall, this property is an awesome find for a Nashville getaway. The location couldn’t be better. You’re 5 minutes from Broadway, 7 minutes from the Arena, a minute from a local grocery store, and several bars and restaurants are within 2-3 minutes. It is right on Printers Alley, and parking in the garage was easy.
The condo looks exactly like the photos. The beds were both incredibly comfy, as were the pillows. The only comfort complaint we had was that they had the Nest thermostat locked to not go below 68. You think that seems cold, but it’s a second floor condo, and we were hot the entire time. They provided a code, but it did nothing. Finally, we found a box fan and used that to cool off at night. I’d recommend not setting the air so high when it is unoccupied, as it takes so long to cool off when it is so hot.
There were small comforts provided - makeup wipes (they were dried out), and a hair dryer and straightener. There was plenty of soap and shampoo and conditioner.
If you were using this as a long term stay, there is a full kitchen, with all needed supplies to cook dinners / breakfasts etc.
Communication with the rental agency was easy and thorough.
I’d recommend this to friends, though I do hope they look into the a/c to ensure there aren’t any problems or lower the temperature.
