We can't wait to have you! Come to us little birdies! Things to note: All baby gear must be rented in advance. Please contact us.
Permit #2020024497 This space was designed by betalife.co and created to be the perfect home-away-from-home for families, big groups, bachelorettes etc... we are talkin' two pillows for each guest (hard and soft), cute photographable moments, a cutie record player for that Nashville moment, an outdoor deck to sip your whiskey on and a full kitchen to whip up the perfect southern meal. Or maybe you just want to order from Hattie B's across the street? Listen, no judgment here. Do you your thing and lean into everything Nashville:)
All of it because you are royalty:) There are a few closets that are locked because that's where we keep the gremlins and werewolves.
Our mgmt team is here for you during your stay! Keep in mind, we are only human and this is not a hotel. We try to keep our work-life balance by being available from 9-4 pm during the day. Please only contact us outside those hours if it's an emergency and we will do our best to get you sorted.
Between the Gulch and Melrose is 8th Avenue South, home of many of Nashville’s most recognized names, including Zanies Comedy Club and Grimey’s New & Preloved Music. This neighborhood has long been a destination to see a show at Douglas Corner Cafe or to pick up a special furniture piece at 8th Avenue Antique Mall. But a lot of newcomers, such as Eighth and Roast and the Urban Juicer, are bringing fresh life to the neighborhood, making it a little more homey and inviting.
There’s a blend of new and old on 8th Ave South, which is why the area is attractive to so many people. Eat some Thai at the Smiling Elephant, pop-into Pre to Post Modern for some incredible vintage goods, drink an iced coffee from the tap at Eighth and Roast, then catch a comedy show from someone like Pauly Shore at Zanies. You can definitely have a wide variety of entertaining experiences during your visit to the 8th Ave South neighborhood. Over the next few years, you can bet 8th Avenue South will be the go-to neighborhood for even more new businesses and living options, so check it out now so you can say, “I remember when…”
This neighborhood is very walkable. We suggest Uber and Lyft for any areas that are farther away (although you will be very close to everything).
