Close to all Nashville has to offer nestled in a quiet neighborhood! This newly renovated home is only 7 miles to downtown Nashville and 3 miles from Radnor Lake State Park. The upstairs includes room for up to 4 guests with private access and parking. The laundry and gym area is in the lower level. The downstairs is a full studio apartment for up to 2 guests with a private entrance, full bathroom with shower and a full kitchen.

You may rent the upstairs only or the downstairs only for a reduced rate. You may also book directly using an electronic payment methods such as PayPal or Venmo. Please contact me if you are interested in either of these two options.

A great gathering place in spacious home and friendly neighborhood
My husband and I spent over 2 weeks here, visiting with family who live in the area. The house is a great place to gather both indoors and out. In addition, we worked during the week and had lots of space to spread out on 2 different levels which afforded us privacy for our respective zoom meetings. The house is well equipped and comfortable. Because the weather ranged from 30's to 80's, we can say with certainty that both heat and A/C work well, and no flooding during a torrential EIGHT INCHES of rain one night!! It was nice to know that Terri and Jon were next door....just in case there was a problem. They are gracious, friendly hosts who also respected our privacy during our visit. We look forward to returning again some day.

Charming Midcentury!
Really enjoyed our stay...just like being at home! The property and house were well maintained. Very clean and cozy! The kitchen was well stocked and the bathroom had all the amenities. Slept well in a comfortable bed and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Perfect place for my dog with east access outside. I would highly recommend this property!
