Welcome to these top of line Nashville homes. Each home is set up the same with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms totaling 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms.
*First floor has a queen over queen bunk and a full en suite bath with tub and tiled up shower.
*Second floor has a bedroom with two queen beds and a full bath with glass and tile shower right outside the door with easy access to the living and kitchen area.
*Third floor has a queen bed and twin bed with full en suite bath with tub and tiled up shower. This bedroom has a smart tv.
*Also on the third floor is the master suite with a king bed and en suite bathroom with double vanities. This bedroom has a smart tv.
*All rooms have blackout solar blinds, hardwood floors, and tasteful decor.
*The kitchen is fully stocked with all your necessities needed to cook. Also included are a standard coffee maker, toaster, trash bags, paper towels, dish soap, etc.
*The Living has a large smart Tv perfect for streaming your favorites. (3 smart Tv's in each home)
*Hair dryers are included in each bathroom, iron/ironing board, two queen air mattresses, linens, towels, and bathroom products are also included in your stay.
*Guests are welcome to the two car garage in one home as well as free visitor and street parking. Each home has two sets of washer and dryers for guests to use.

All 8 of us, along with our spouses, wanted a week in Nashville to take in the town. The houses were absolutely perfect. Every time we needed something, I would text and they would reply within seconds. And, every time we needed something, it was already there and they simply pointed it out. They were amazing.

50th Birthday Celebration
We traveled to Nashville to celebrate my 50th Birthday. We had 19 people and these properties were perfect for our group! Each house has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The house was well stocked with the essentials needed. It was such a nice touch that shampoo, conditioner and body wash was supplied in each bathroom. The Downtown honky tonks were only a short 8-10 minute Uber drive away. We never had to contact the landlord, everything was great!! We would definitely stay again!

Perfect for our group.
Loved this location and all it included. The two units were perfect to have a full unit for guys and a full unit for girls. It was clean and spacious. The garage/parking situation was also very helpful!

Perfect Stay!
This listing was perfect for our group! I appreciated the amount of dishwashing liquid and toilet paper supplied. In addition, John was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions I had. We will definitely book with him in the future!

Great first visit to Nashville
We had a great first trip to Nashville with our friends and family. The host was very responsive to a couple of issues that came up - we initially had trouble with door locks and opening one of the units. The host was able to reset the locks and get us in quickly. After the first night we noticed the heat was not working on the lower levels of one of the units, and the host set up a tech to visit the same day to address it. We were able to find and easily fix the issue. We know that things like this can happen, but the important thing is that the host was responsive and took the right measures to address the issues. We hope to return next year with another group. We would rebook at this same location as it was very accessible to downtown (10 minute drive).

Great location and property
Thoroughly enjoyed the property. We had our leadership team meeting and it worked out very well. Great access to restaurants in the area and the rooms were good size for individuals in both houses. One house had not been cleaned when we arrived, however it was easy to get in touch with owner who rectified quickly.
