This is brand new home offers the best experience Nashville has to offer for you and your guests. This a new home with all of the high-end finishes. Granite, Stainless Steel, and the like. This home boasts a rooftop deck with a great view of downtown as well as a 1033 game video arcade and a full-size pool table. The open floor plan gives everyone in your party plenty of space to spread out and enjoy. A quick Uber/Lyft or taxi ride will have you on Broadway. Very Roomy
We were there for 3 days for our brother’s funeral. The house was well stocked with blankets,wash cloths, bathroom supplies, and kitchen supplies. I liked how there was already salt, sugar, coffee filters, hand soap in all restrooms. This may seem trivial but it’s nice when u don’t have to buy the simple things when staying for a few days. Nice big living room for us to gather with a Smart TV. The 2nd floor had a pool table, smart TV, and games which was really nice. The weather was cold so we didn’t visit the rooftop too often but it is a beautiful view of the city. All of the beds were comfortable with an ample supply of extra pillows and blankets. However there are no TVs in any of the bedrooms, but that was not a problem for us. We liked the location close to downtown and the Opryland Mall, and security locks on the garage and door. We will probably stay there again when visiting Nashville.

Perfect Stay for Large Group
Adam & Frances' property was perfect for our group of 11. Plenty of beds and only some of us had to share beds. The house was spacious and clean, nicely decorated, and was only a 10 minute ride to Broadway. Ubers & Lyfts were about $8 a ride (during January season) which made going back and forth that much more convenient. Could have used an extra baking sheet for the oven but everything else was great! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Family rented side-by-side townhomes for thanksgiving. Homes were very spacious and really all we needed to enjoy the holidays. Communication with owner was excellent. Beds were comfortable. Location is great, quiet neighborhood close to grocery store, coffee shop, and downtown. All positive experience from all of us. The wifi connection was good. We were very happy with our stay and communication.
