Located on a half acre lot surrounded by gardens and views of the ocean, mountains and the forest. The beach and hiking trails are 2 minutes away walking distance. The ocean access is perfect for relaxing on a pebble beach, snorkeling, kayaking or swimming. Two local parks, within walking distance, offer additional trails and water access.

This modern two bedroom bottom floor suite offers a full bathroom, 2 bedrooms (Queen and Double), a pull out couch. Dining table, living room and a covered outdoor space to BBQ are on the same level of this self contained unit with separate entrance. After your adventurous day, enjoy an evening fire at the fire pit.

The suite has a propane fire place, built in TV and stereo system. The suite contains a kitchenette, not a full kitchen. There is a coffee maker, toaster oven, blender, kettle, microwave, fridge, toaster and sink to do dishes. Please note there is an induction burner outside on the covered patio - there is no stove in the suite.

Relax inside or outside reading a book from our wide selection or play one of our many board games.

Nanoose Bay is known as a place nurtured by nature. The hiking trails are vast and lead to a pristine lake and a local hill hike with spectacular views. Schooner Cove Marina and Yacht Club are 2.5 km away and Fairwinds Golf Course is 4 km.

The home is owned and operated by a leadership development consultant and a High School teacher, who live upstairs. German, some French and a bit of Spanish are spoken.

Local shops are within driving distance (5 - 15 minutes). Parksville is approximately a 12 minute drive and has many activities for families or couples. Nanoose Bay is central on the Island and driving to major tourist areas on the Island including Victoria and Tofino are less than a 3 hour drive.
