Welcome to Aerie3 - your bright, clean, well-appointed home away from home. Light and airy, this 1350 sq. ft., main-level house boasts large windows, two full bedrooms with comfy queen beds, two bathrooms, a large living room, separate dining room and full kitchen. This location provides an easy walk to local shops and restaurants and there is parking for up to three vehicles.

The kitchen includes fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave – just add groceries and you have all the essentials for those nights you want to relax and dine-in in the bright dining room. And if you do have to do a bit of work from home, there’s a desk waiting for you there as well.

When you are ready to unwind for a while, the living room has two sofas, cozy chairs and a 50” smart tv.

After a day exploring the area, you may want to have a long soak in the deep spa bathtub and complete the experience wrapping yourself in lush towels. Then you can retreat to your waiting queen sized bed, with sheets that are 500 thread count or higher. Both bedrooms have a sitting chair, dresser and plenty of closet space. The master bedroom also has an ensuite, while the main bathroom has a large walk-in shower and lush towels.

We had a great time in Parksville staying at this lovely home. It was bright, quiet, clean and inviting. The house was well stocked with everything you could think of (and I really appreciated the small things, like Glad plastic wrap and olive oil!). My three kids loved all the rooms, so they could retreat to their own space. They said it was so much better than a hotel! The location was perfect, everything was a short drive away. You could also walk to many nearby places (but it was really hot this week!). We had great communication with the owner, Lori, who ensured our family had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay very much - definitely would book again!

We stayed here with another couple and found Lori's place to be bright, spacious and comfortable. Easy walk to the beach and a big grocery store. Well-equipped kitchen. It was a little tricky using the keypad to get in. Our bed was creaky and the other bedroom lacked sufficient window coverings to keep out the light. The smaller bathroom could use more shelves, at least for adults. Al in all, a good choice for us.

Lori's home was exactly as described, very clean and had she ensured our family had everything they needed to make their stay as comfortable and complete as possible. The location is perfect, walking distance to the beach, groceries, liquor store, restaurants and other amenities. Lori's communication was excellent and the pride she takes in her property shines through in every detail. A very nice and comfortable house for our family's long weekend getaway. Everything is clean and well maintained. Great location - just few minutes away from beach and shops. We enjoyed stay very much. Looking at the starry night sky on the front patio is definitely magical. Thank you Lori!
