The friendly staff , gardens, breakfast buffet, and location are the most notable things about IBIS Bangkok Riverside.Keep in mind that this is a budget hotel. The rooms are basic. Don’t expect 5 star hotel amenities. Staff and services are excellent. I’ve stayed here at least 40 times and have no complaints. Great value for this location by the river in Bangkok. If you’re wanting a luxury hotel experience you’ll have to pay at least triple what IBIS charges. "

"Perfect for my stay: quiet, clean, and safe. It is a bit removed from the main sights. They have the boat and I found cabs to be very affordable but if you want to come and go throughout the day it’s probably not the most convenient. Pool was so much cooler than the rest of the city. "
