First time staying here. We were in Nagoya visiting Ghibli Park, and staying at this hotel really made the entire trip a wonderful experience. Hotel itself is very nice, and the access to transportation is great. There are so many shopping areas near by, and also there are so many restaurants right below in the tower. Yes, the hotel sits on top of the shops and restaurants. If I ever go back to Nagoya, I’ll be staying there again for sure.

Spacious room with a beautiful bathroom and great view. Check out is noon, which allows the guests to be more relaxed. The location is close to Kintetsu Line. But, $$$, so, no wonder.

Everything was good except bathroom for wheelchair
Everything was good for my grandma (96 years) with wheel chair. Only one thing is accessible room need to have standing shower (not bath tub).

Best hotel I’ve stayed at in all of Japan. I have lived in Kariya City off Ann on for 5 years and stayed all around the country. Keep up the great hospitality and wonderful environment. Will definitely be back.

Great travel hub to see the areas south of Nagoya and come home and enjoy fantastic food options and shopping. The view is also beautiful. If you want to see Kyoto, Osaka, hemiji, Nara, this is a great hub to stay and enjoy luxury and convenience. This area reminds me of Tokyo without as much of the craziness. Happy with my stay and would recommend to others

The breakfast buffet was amazing. The staff were always very helpful and kind. Also, the VIP lounge was very relaxing for us after walking around the city or having a long day.
