Difficult access and bad service
First of all, it was impossible to arrive to the hostel by car. The cab had to drop me off and then I walked for about 10 minutes with my suitcase. They should warn you when you book. Plus, they should tell you the best location for a car to drop you off, since we spent over fifteen minutes trying alternate routes to get to the hostel. Once I got there, they made me wait 15 minutes outside, until noon, to be able to enter and check in (I did not need my bed ready, I just wanted to check in). They had no one who would speak English. I was in Russia, I do not expect everyone to speak English, but they should have had a few standard words. I decided not to stay there.

Questionable experience
It's unacceptable that one of the receptionist charged us additional fees for leaving 2 small bags before check-in. We've arrived earlier (bout 4 hours) and didn't ask to move in,just bags. The lady told: 100 roubles per bag. Omg! But another surprise reveal: when we ask to use toilet room,she told us to use common street vc (!). Room was cold,no additional blankets. Think twice before choose it.

Стирка 100 р, утюг 50 р, навязчивое неоднократное предложение тапок 100 р. На равном расстоянии от метро ВДНХ и Ботанический сад!!!

Остров в океане есть!
Бесподобно! Чисто, тихо, уютно! Самое главное: частная зона со шторками, позволяющая нормально отдохнуть, никому не мешая и ни на что постороннее не обращая внимание! Замечательная курилка. Дёшево! Отсутствие телевизора, который бы звучал всю ночь для полуночников. И я хотел бы, чтобы кроме меня никто больше не знал такого замечательного места...)))) Но: большое неудобство в том, что души общие, и непонятно, как раздеваться... Так и не смог выйти в интернет. Подробный же "инструктаж" дежурной о правилах поведения вызвал желание тут же пойти прочь - у меня, 10 лет пользующимся хостелами от Мальорки до Хельсинки... Отсутствие крючков и полочек в личном пространстве, не говоря уже о раскладном столике для ноутбука. А вообще, нигде так замечательно не отдохнул!
