"The hotel is in a great location, the waterbas from the airport stops along an alley to the left of the hotel. Its about a 10 minute walk to the basillica and 15 minures to Rialto Bridge. Hotel is spotless and staff are friendly and helpful"

The staff was friendly and answered any questions we had. They also helped us bring our bags up to the room. The rooms were dated, but very clean and had everything you could need. At one point I had to go to the hospital due to illness & the receptionist called me a taxi after explaining my options for transport & what to expect when I arrived at the hospital. The food in the restaurant was delicious (had all the vegan options). We were grateful the train station was conveniently located directly behind the hotel & it was a quick 20 min to Venice (island).
