"Why this place isn’t on every adventurous traveler’s must see list is unfathomable. The restoration is very admirable and the riverboat fantasy is intense. They seriously need to figure out parking, but otherwise it’s an historic gem that should be heralded on every travel site."

"We were traveling with our little dog, and the employee that checked us in thoughtfully placed us on the first floor, near an exit. This property sits with more Marriott hotels. Breakfast is included, and was tasty. Be prepared to pay for parking. "

"We came for a concert at Golden 1 Center. I was concerned about safety and wanted to be close to the arena. The hotel is so close that you don’t even have to walk on a street. It is extremely safe. I will be booking this hotel in the future. Staff was great. Room was clean. View from balcony was excellent."
