Great location very clean if I had to nitpick the thing I would say is they had no meat options for breakfast other than that it is a phenomenal establishment
Customers and customer service is above and beyond expectations
The staff was so kind and accommodating with needing a late check out. Would definitely recommend staying here.

It was very close to the stadium which held our band competition but we never got new washcloths as housekeeping didn't come and the toilet ran all the time. Good place to stay if you are going to Astound Stadium.
Was charged a parking recapture fee. they did not disclose it up front . Another hidden gimmick to try to extort a few bucks. will not stay here again.
Everything was great except for Sunday morning breakfast. The person that was supposed to be there called in sick and it was about an hour and a half before breakfast was ready. Unfortunately we had to leave and had to go out to eat. Things happen.
Staff was friendly and helpful! Our room was spacious and clean. Laundry room was on our floor, which was a plus! Breakfast was good, everything was clean. Highly recommended!

There was no hot water in our room staff didnt care said we could shower in another room instead of giving us another room , fire alarm went off at 1am waking us up I really used to love staying here must have changed owners or staff

Friendly staff, place was spotless, something that is very important to me. Breakfast was fine, what you would expect if you have stayed at other Residence Inns. I always have the plain Greek yogurt with nuts. My husband likes the bagels and cereal. There is a daily hot offering of eggs and sausage.

Lack of Hot Water in the Morning.....
No hot water in the morning. I let the shower run for at least 10 minutes with no hot water......very disappointing. I normally rate a hotel based on a few small luxuries, and one of them is a good hot shower in the morning. On this point, this hotel failed miserably. Sorry......I will NOT be staying at this particular establishment again.

Very quiet great parking friendly staff ,beds are kinda hard maybe putting better matress pads for support especially on ADA rooms? Other than that really good 👍
The stay was actually ok. The hotel room we had was in serious need of upgrade. The furniture was essentially worn out. All serviceable but significant age issues.
The suite was comfortable and had plenty of space. Breakfast was free and had many delicious options.The location was perfect. Easy access to many places we went in Midland and we were able to walk to grande stadium for our event. The only drawback is that there is no ice machine available on property. Apparently the refridgerator in the room is supposed to have an ice maker in the freezer, but ours did not have one. It took multiple calls to the front desk to find all this information out and to finally request the hotel prepare some ice for us to keep in our freezer. But it was the only time the staff were not very helpful. And the convience of the location made up for the negative interaction. I just couldn't pick excellent all around. I would stay here again, I would just be prepared to bring my own ice. :)
Had no hot water called front desk was told maintenance gone for the night will leave a message for it to be fixed. If not will move to a different room. Next morning shower was barely warm then cold. Afternoon husband had to shower it was cold water only. Told the front desk and she asked so nobody came to check it. Told her No. she said she will leave them a note. How much longer is our stay, told her we check out in the morning. Terrible how much we had to pay for no hot water

This place was old, tiles were popped up in the bathroom, no hot water because they put us “on the farthest side of the boiler”. Told us it takes running water for 30 minutes. The pet dander throughout the room is horrendous. Those with allergies Beware! The dog smell is everywhere throughout the hotel.

The ice machine did not work in my rooms freezer so I asked where the ice machine was and they didn't have one. reluctantly I was told by the front desk she could get me some. Today I find a $20.00 charge on my card. I was never told there would be a charge nor should have been charged because they had faulty equipment in the room.
Welcoming staff. Convenient location to highway. Good overall condition, except for malfunctioning side door to access hotel from side parking.

Don't Claim Pet Friendly if a Premium Fee is Added
Traveling across country with my partner and our Bulldog. Searched "pet friendly" hotels - this one came-up. Booked. Arrived very late and tired. Told there's an "incidental $20.00 charge for the dog" - turns-out that a $57 pet fee / charge hit my AMEX in addition to the booking. I will be disputing.
One of the toilets was not working well. The room had a weird smell but overall it was clean. The breakfast was good

Dark outside, nice inside.
Its dark here at night. I'm not really concerned about walking in the dark at night, but if you are you might want to stay across the street. All of the landscape lights and floodlights were off. Maybe it was a timer issue in the summer, but I don't think so. They are off at 9pm.
