This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is perfect for families or a group. It features a queen bed, king bed, and double bed, along with a desk for work. It is located on the first floor with no elevator, you'll have to use the stairs and a parking spot included (compact cars).
With a convenient location in the South near Av. Universidad your stay will be comfortable and hassle-free.
The Space:
This is a very safe area. Also, the building has 24-hour security and surveillance (cameras). The apartment is interior, so it doesn't face to the street.

Other Things to Note:
* Once the reservation is made, it is not possible to reduce the number of guests or nights. We do not use heaters or air conditioning in Mexico City.
* In Mexico City we do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend that you keep an eye on the weather forecast and pack your suitcases with the clothes that best fit the weather :).
* Mexico City has presented water shortages in the area. In the event of a water shortage, we will be attentive at all times.
We provide one towel per person per stay, most of our apartments have washing and drying machines or are located close to a laundry.
Interaction with Guests:
Mexico City is full of culture, gastronomy, and art! We will provide you with recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area, as well as in the most popular neighborhoods in the city.
Additionally, we will be attentive to anything our guests may need :). Our online availability hours are from 9am to 10 pm.
Security Deposit
For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to hold the security deposit. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released upon checkout, provided no damage or violations occur during the stay.
The process is secure and is carried out through a specialized platform to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed.
