"We stayed for a weeklong couples vacation and were thrilled with our choice. It was the perfect location -- centrally located but not too touristy, walkable to nearly everything, and close to the underground if you got tired. The room was pristine and really beautiful. The unit was extremely clean and the cleaners did a great job everyday. Our only complaints (extremely minor, would not impact our decision to stay here again) was that the shower water pressure was a bit less than we're used to and the shower only had a partial door, which meant a lot of water leaked into the bathroom since the floor wasn't sloped. But otherwise, 10/10, no changes. We also loved both the Nest (their bar) and Madera (the restaurant). It was great that both were open late when we were tired but still wanted a drink. We didn't hear any noise and the blackout shades were excellent."

"Friendly staff, clean, comfortable and quiet - would definitely stay again. Only dusappointment was the "discretionary service charge". I wasnt going to get into an argument about that as i really apprecaied early check in and upgrade, but it is not what you expect and i dont see what service i received that would not be included in the room rate. I travel to London for work with some frequency and this is a great location for my needs, especially due to being right near the baker St tube station. Love all of the fast casual, coffee and sit-down dining nearby. Area felt safe. In better weather I would have taken a run in the park nearby. Hotel was great for a solo business traveler. Clean, updated and modern rooms. Very good shower. Hotel Restaurant was fine and I appreciated that breakfast came out in minutes. 24 hour room service could be handy on future trips. Staff was very helpful and polite. Complementary water bottles,which is a small thing, but I’m always thankful for it while traveling after running around the city."
