"Lovely hotel with apartments in right in the centre of town, nice mixture of old heritage building with modern rooms Only down side, breakfast was not included and is extremely over-priced for what's on offer and the service considering it was very quiet was poor (too slow and items forgotten twice and having to be reminded) "

"Beautiful room overlooking River Avon, everything working order, TV, Hairdyer, Kettle, Shower, has USB charging facilities, a safe, fridge. The staff were friendly and accommdating, gave good suggestions for places to visit, they have a lovely italian restaurant within the hotel and there are breakfast ootions, surrounding area is beautiful. 5 minute walk to bus stop which takes you to Bath Town Centre within 20 minutes. Overall brilliant accommodation and hotel staff."

"Self check-in but greeted by extremely polite staff who supervised me through the procedure Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. If you like a sports bar, it’s one of the best. . Selection of other eating options within very close, walking distance . Reasonable rate and would not hesitate to return."
