"Absolutely loved this hotel. If you’re traveling with kids for Legoland, this is a great choice. They have restaurant where your kids eat free. They have room service, super easy parking and the room has air conditioning. It’s not fancy but it has everything you need for your family. The front desk gave my kids each a gift which was a super nice touch. "

Nick was lovely and provided us with an ice bucket and glasses so we could enjoy a bottle of Champagne we’d been gifted. "An absolute fantastic stay. The staff just couldn’t do anymore to make our stay memorable. The only complaints really is the cost of breakfast & to park. At £24 per person the breakfast was way over priced and with a Wetherspoons literally 2 mins walk away then that’s where I’d be going next time. Also £40 to park the car. Again extremely expensive. Other than that a fantastic hotel a stones throw from the castle and everything Windsor has to offer "

"The property was fine for the price paid but there was a ridiculous guest who was banging and shouting all night long which meant no one got any sleep and another guest confronted him and told him to go to the reception to let him into his room. This happened multiple times . Other than that all good "

"Lovely hotel - beautiful rooms and great accessibility however lots of cobbles for wheelchair users at the entrances. Breakfast was amazing. Lots of choice. Nespresso coffee maker in the grand double was a big plus. Bathrooms newly renovated and clean. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel in the heart of Windsor and right on the river. One negative was the parking. We paid £15 for 24 hours but there was plenty of other parking available for £5 for 24 hours so a bit of a ripoff to use the hotel parking on the same car park by the station. "
