First off, the lady at the front desk took a long time to find our reservations. She almost gave up until one of her co worker helped her out which took no time at all. At the breakfast buffet, staff won’t even bother to ask you for drinks when sat down & left us with no one asking for beverages or to check on us the whole time we were there. We were actually here the first time they had their soft opening, nothing’s changed much especially with customer service. We tried to give them a chance & thought everything is still fresh the first time & they still can grow, but coming back this time, we saw there wasn’t really much improvement. They can still do better & I expect that of them being the level of accommodation they claim they are. Ayoha ninyo, Bai!
