The hotel is in good condition and the location is central to Madrid. However, not very quiet place with club music playing until to 3 AM and random noises of other guess. Easy to hear people. Finally, hotels.com mislead me with false information pertaining to the hotel amenities.

Really great experience, rooms were amazing and location is excellent and service great. Only comment is the noise outside, but they provided us with ear plugs which is great. Can’t complain too much about the noise given that the hotel is downtown and the location is amazing but just to note it can get loud on weekends.

Great location. Close to restaurants and easily walkable to everything. Nice second bedroom for privacy. Our kitchen in the hotel room was functional and had what we needed. The patio wasn't much, but with better weather we might have used it more. Note that there is a good bit of noise nightly: loud, thumping music until 2am from a dance club or something nearby, and friendly kitchen staff banter and dishes clattering from the restaurant just downstairs that echoes up the courtyard from one floor below. Comfortable beds. Communication and contactless check-in were great. We would stay here again.
