Check in process need to be better, 9pm and still a queue for check in and took about 20-25min before gotten room key. Room size is consider big and beds are comfy. Connected to Venetian via a covered bridge and behind of hotel is the MGM cotai.

Like all Macao casino hotels the complexes are amazing and completely over the top, but cool all the same. The sheraton hotel itself I felt was a bit run down for it's age, tiles were cracked, mouldy showers, damaged cabinetary. The Londoner complex it self is fantastic although it's difficult to find any reasonably priced food

Comfortable stay at the Grand Sheraton Macao. Located above The Londoner, its location is convenient and within walking distance to shops, The Venetian, The Parisian and Studio City. We stayed over the Easter break so it was very busy. There were a lot of tourists mostly from the border so it can get a bit loud, congested and pushy. We had to line up each day for over 30 minutes for the hotel buffet breakfast which had a good spread. If you don’t want to line up, make sure you get there before 8:15am. If you have food intolerances or allergies, they don’t really cater well for it (probably more due to language difficulties and understanding) so just be careful. The main pools on level 8 were closed but the pools on level 4 were open (only 1 pool was heated though). The only negative was despite booking for 3 adults and conversing with the hotel a week prior to confirm arrangements, when we arrived after 9pm to check in, they informed us that the room we had booked was not available but they could put us in a room that had 2 single beds. This was disappointing given we had confirmed prior and we had 3 adults staying so we asked them how that was going to work. After 10 minutes of waiting they “found” us a room. Overall a comfortable stay even though there were a few things that could have been improved.

Property getting dated. There is renovation going on. Was warned about the renovation noise between 9am to 9pm which I accepted. However, renovation actually started by 8am with lots of drilling and banging.

Visited Macao while holiday in Hong Kong. Hotel room was spacious with a very big bed - we were both very comfortable and slept through the night. Quiet room. Lots of staff around if you need any help. Buffet breakfast was superb.

Check-in process can be faster. Each check-in took about 15 minutes and it was really painful waiting in line. Room is spacious. Shuttle services should be provided by the hotel to the town area and Taipa Village (just like what Grand Lisboa is doing). Thanks Sheratin for the cake arranged for our 25th wedding anniversary…much appreciated for the kind thoughts 😊

The check-in took about 10-15 minutes. The lady checking us in seemed to be having a hard time with the computer. Maybe not enough training. Took 2 different managers/supervisors to finally get us checked-in.

While not as glamorous compared to other hotels in its vicinity, I fully recommend this hotel for your stay in Macau. It’s cleaner than most places in Vegas and with friendly staffs and services. The only gripe I have is some corridors are quite bare and lonely compare to other hotels, but maybe it will improve with time.

Great location, easily linked to all the local malls and casinos. Great food options nearby as well as attractions such as TeamLab. Easy access to buses to other parts of Macau. Good hotel with a comfortable and clean room, all for really good value.

Checking in is a pain. No security going up to the rooms. Chair in the room is torn and hotel pasted a sticker over the tear. Shower host and the tubes had green mould. Noisy corridors. Walk to the restaurant (Feast) is too far. 2 of our rooms are meant for handicap guests. Don’t understand why we were assigned such rooms!

Fast and easy check in and check out. Hotels around the facility are interconnected via bridges and walkways, you don’t have to walk the streets if you don’t want to. Lots of good restaurants and shopping. A lot of designated spots for picture taking. Corteous and helpful staff.

Great property, you must stay here if you want to be in the middle of hustle and bustle of Macau city. The rooms are spacious and have a great view. Please keep your membership handy as checkin can be busy during weekends.

Sheraton Grand Macau
Conveniently located within Cotai strip and easy accessible to Taipa area. Food court and upper end restaurants provide sufficient choices, but will be better if there are convenience stores and bakeries for simple snacks and drinks.

Reminds me of a Las Vegas Strip hotel, with its long check-in line. Besides that, stores or fake stores in its building try to remind u of London, including a fake curry house. Overall, the hotel|casino was just ok.
