Top notch, no resort fees like ripoff vegas
The rooms were amazing , they were clean, spacious, though a tad outdated which did not bother me , just added some charm. Tv worked ok , the room one had connection issue. Recieved an upgrade though i think it was the same room i would of gotten anyways, checkin was super quick

Best Macao experience
The hotel is located in a great location. Their service is one of the best i have experienced. All the staffs are friendly and helpful. To my surprise, their service is as quick as lightning. We stayed for 5nights and we got a free upgrade. The hotel is convenient as their restaurant is open at 1.36am. It comes with free shuttle bus to airport. Will recommend to family and friends. Thumbs Up!

This hotel is very dated. If you are looking for a 5-star experience, I would not recommend this one. Location, on the other hand, is good for the "old" Macau. It is only 10 minutes walk from the Senado Square and 15-20 minutes from St Paul Ruin. To go to the Cotai Strip, walk over to the Wynn and catch one of their free shuttles to the Wynn Palace. Then catch one of the casino-loop free shuttles to other casinos.

A little old, but clean. Coincidently the floor we are staying was under renovation and it's noisy in the late morning. Other than that, everything was fine.

We were upgraded to Deluxe Room with free minibar everyday. Lobby has no seats nor waiting area. Have to stand around while waiting for check-in. Hotel holds HKD1000 as deposit and upon check-out they cannot void your credit card charge slip but said that the hold balance will automatically be cancelled at the end of 1 month.

Made a last minute extension to stay for an extra night at a lower category room but was given the same room despite the price different, meaning was given room upgrade by the hotel throughout the entire length of stay at Lisboa Hotel.

Good experience at Lisboa Hotel but Bad at Casino
The hotel staffs are generally very proficient with the service rendered but for the other suited gentlemen whom i believed is from the Casino department donning very professionally of management level behaves less welcoming when i just stepped into the West entrance of ground floor and missed the lobby situated above the grand arc stairway leading to next level where it's situated. When i walked around following the signs and still unable to locate the front office, went down escalator and saw 2 suited gentlemen and asked for help, but was being very poorly reverted in a bad tone stating "THIS IS THE LOBBY" in a very challenging tone!!

The hotel was incredibly opulent and beautiful! The staff was very helpful and spoke enough english for any request that I had during the stay. It is in a great area in Macau, next to the Grand Lisboa and near many attractions in the older part of Macau.

It's right in the busy and shopping area in Mauca, the Casino is right in the hotel ! The staffers are very nice and helpful! The only thing i didn't like is the room decoration, little bit too old !
