"Overall staff and Service was excellent!! Property beautiful and clean. Felt very safe … and staff were very friendly overall!!!However the only negative was we were Very disappointed with the Italian restaurant upstairs next to the club. I think it was called Emilio’s. The service was terrible!! All 4 guests were served their dinner but my wife sat there with no dinner. We waited and waited asked the waiter who didn’t seem to realize he forgot her order. She waited 40 min. We all finished our dinner and she still had nothing. We were going to leave and finally her dinner came. The manager came out to talk to us because we complained. He didn’t apologize to us but instead he blamed us for wanting to rush to get to Michael Jackson show. It was very bad service and terrible food. "

"This place exceeded expectations. The food was amazing! We tried all the restaurants and they were all fantastic. Normally the food at all-inclusives is very meh, but I was here for 10 days every single meal was delicious. The grounds are gorgeous, and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. On the downside, the rooms are pretty dated and you have are expected to tip all the time, but overall, highly recommend! "
