Really liked the property. It was spread out on a nice expanse and had direct access to the beach. The Don Diego restaurant and the hotel staff in general is super accommodating and helpful. We really liked our stay here for 5 days.

The staff was amazing! The food was okay but I wouldn’t have high expectation's if your expecting more. Drinks tasted different if you are not used to the local flavors. The surrounding areas was so convenient. Definitely would stay here again.

Overall staff and Service was excellent!! Property beautiful and clean. Felt very safe … and staff were very friendly overall!!!However the only negative was we were Very disappointed with the Italian restaurant upstairs next to the club. I think it was called Emilio’s. The service was terrible!! All 4 guests were served their dinner but my wife sat there with no dinner. We waited and waited asked the waiter who didn’t seem to realize he forgot her order. She waited 40 min. We all finished our dinner and she still had nothing. We were going to leave and finally her dinner came. The manager came out to talk to us because we complained. He didn’t apologize to us but instead he blamed us for wanting to rush to get to Michael Jackson show. It was very bad service and terrible food.

Overall great experience at Sandos. My girlfriend and I stayed for 6 nights and by the last day we got a little tired of the resort food. The staff was amazing and always accommodating. The only complaint we had was the food wasn’t the best at some of the restaurant options. Would still highly recommend for a couples trip or family. You are not going to get a crazy party experience at Sandos.

The location of the property was great. You can easily walk into town for souvenirs, pharmacy items, and excursion options. The problem is that the property is not very good for people with mobility issues. The driveway itself is so steep that my mother could not walk down or up. They should offer a golf cart to get someone down and up that hill. Some of the ramps on the property were very steep as well. Luckily there were elevators. But we had to hire a taxi to get her down the driveway so she could walk to town. The food was not that great. I expected more fresh fish options. Almost all of the fish options were breaded. All the steaks looked the same. The service was fabulous though.

Everything was really incredible n was very close within walking distance to the Marina n downtown. Definitely cannot say that I was ever bored because there is so much to do n see. It was our first time there and it was a memorable time for sure n when we go back, we would like to stay in that area, but stay at a different place just to compare the differences. The only thing I didn’t like was a certain staff member was showing signs of inappropriate behavior towards younger people n that to me should never be obvious during working hours. Other than that, thanks for the stay n the hospitality was phenomenal to say the least. Majority of the workers were very polite n friendly n worked very hard every time we ran into them. Thanks again for the lifetime memories!

We had a nice time at Sandos Finisterra resort. It is looking a bit old and tired in some areas. The breakfast buffet was great and we liked the pizza options by the adult pool. However, the dinners were really lacking in taste (although I have to say we really enjoyed our appetizers each night). We also liked that it was an easy walk to the Harbor and all the night life in Cabo. Check in was easy and efficient. Bartenders are very nice. I would give mixed reviews on the servers at the restaurants (especially the dinner service). But again overall a good stay!
