If you are a construction worker that eat and sleep at your work site then this is your hotel. Or, if you are running from the law then this hotel will also work. It is a converted house in a relative quiet neighborhood. One of the unit is actually a converted single garage that is 5 feet from the swimming pool. Depending on your unit and other renters it might be too noisy for you. From the street, there is no indication that this is a hotel at all so if you want to remain hidden this will be golden.
I have never met the staff because there was none on site. My room key was left under the front mattress of my unit, which I was given a wrong unit and was confront with the tenant of that unit when I try to open the door. I tried to call the hotel owner but it went into voice mail and she did not get back to me until the next day. All communication was by voicemail or text messages so don't expect any immediate responses. Parking is on the street, except on Tuesday when the city clean the street. So, if you are towing a trailer then it might be a problem.
The unit is pretty worn down as expected for the price. Most items in the room were either very old, have stains on them, broken or not bolt down properly (e.g. the toilet move when you move). The window blinds were of different materials, shape, color, and sizes. The window AC is small and very noisy so don't expect to have it on at night when you are trying to sleep (unless you are a construction worker)
