Great stay.
Great location and a comfortable studio-style apartment. The third story view is more of road and dune than ocean, but you do still have a nice view; great sunset viewing right from the couch or small deck. A skip and a jump to the bike path and beach, but also to town and places to eat, and a small convenience store. Enough of a kitchen to prepare your own meals, unless you want to roast a turkey. Very quiet location during our off-season stay.

Excellent location!
Fun beach condo, with beautiful views and just a quick jaunt to the beach. Everything you could need near by within walking distance. Condo had almost everything you could think of for your stay. The beach chairs were a nice bonus. Thank you!

A not so happy Happy Seagull Adventure
We did not stay at The Happy Seagull property. The site was on the 3rd floor, and the elevator was not working. My husband could not have climbed 3 flights of stairs, nor could I haul everything from our vehicle up the stairs. Pacific Realty found us an alternate accommodation, thanks to a young man named Cole. He was wonderful! I am unable to give you an accurate review as we did not stay at the property.
