AVOID - unless you’re a Middle Eastern millionaire
This hotel is targeted at and cares about one group and one group only. Rich young Middle Eastern tourists who come to the UK for the freedom of being able to drink and party. I have Middle Eastern roots but am british, and this hotel was the worst hotel experience I’ve had in London. From the constant groups of drunk young people outside to the bar area with the borderline illegal “outdoor” but completely enclosed smoking area where all the smoke ends up inside the bar, to the constant noise of drunk people in the middle of the night who not only disregard those who are sleeping - but genuinely couldn’t care less about them Try to complain and the hotel will just try to buy you off because they won’t risk interrupting their young Middle Eastern clients. Complain about noise? Free bottle of wine. Complain about smell? Free room service Talking of rooms and service, rooms are tiny with bathroom showers slotted underneath angled ceilings so you can’t even shower properly. And the room service? See the attached picture - that “fruit platter” cost £12 If you do fall within the category of clientele they care about catering to, you’ll enjoy this place a lot as can be seen from the reviews. If you’re a couple or family staying in London for a weekend - avoid!!!
