There are two double bedrooms and one with a bunk bed, one bathroom and a toilet room. The home is currently for sale so there could be viewings during your stay. We provide a daily tidying service at 10am for all guests free of charge to keep the home in perfect condition.This home has been recently redecorated in a trendy, modern style, with new furniture and interiors to match the Camden vibe. It’s located in a quiet residential area but not far from attractions, such as the Camden Lock Market, and from two beautiful parks, Primrose Hill and Regent’s Park. The entrance is located on the first floor and the house is spread across two floors. The living and dining areas are located in a bright open space and feature a big sofa and comfortable armchairs, a flat-screen TV and a dining table comfortably seating all guests. The kitchen is located next to the living area and comes fully equipped and ready to be used. Both the kitchen and the living area open up to the private patio at the back of the house. On this floor, guests will also find a toilet room for added convenience. The bedrooms are located on the first floor and feature comfortable mattresses. Two bedrooms come with king size beds and one with a bunk bed, ideal when travelling with kids. Guests will also find a bathroom with a shower and bathtub. The home also has high-speed WiFi and space to work, should you need or want to get some work done. The home has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the home must be prepared for viewings, so a cleaner will tidy the home free of charge every morning at 10am, except Sundays and the day of your check out. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked, typically there are no more than three viewings a week, lasting around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the home is discounted as thanks for being accommodating.You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.
