Host stood me up

I spoke to the host via phone three times in the two days before the reservation. On the day, Saturday, of the reservation we were taking an Uber from another city to London for our reservation. I called the host asking for check in information, he said he would send it. Thirty minutes from arrival I called him again, he acted clueless about the reservation. I gave him the address of the flat, he said he would check it and then came back to me and said he did not have a property at that address. It was early evening and raining and I had no place to go. I had to scramble to find accommodations.
