The lady in the front desk that worked the morning of the 6th of July needs to work on her customer service. As soon as we walked in the front door she looked at us like we personally dragged her out of bed to be at work that morning. We didn't get her name but she was very rude. The room was ok. Would like for it to have aircon or atleast a fan but it didn't have either. Bed was uncomfortable made a noise everytime someone moved. And was definitely not meant to sleep two people. Pillows were flat and uncomfortable too. The rest of the room was good. Checking out was good. They were very nice to hold our luggages while we explore London.

The team onsite removed all my belongings after night 1 of 2. It took a long time to get everything but my toiletries back, which they had got rid off. Three weeks later & I'm still trying to get compensation but my emails are generally being ignored. One saving grace was the wonderful duty manager at the time who went out of his way to help a dire situation (Sami).

The property and the surrounding neighborhood are both amazing. The gym and the pool are very nice amenities. The room was about as expected, but as I stayed in July it was very hot in the room due to no temperature control. There was an issue with my bathroom sink and the shower not draining properly, and even after reporting the problem to concierge, the issue was not fixed until nearly 24 hours later. Overall, I would recommend the Ark and would stay there again during more moderate temperatures.

The building was lovely and all the facilities were beautiful along side the views from the top, all I’d say is that the rooms are a bit hot and lack air conditioning. Would definitely stay again !!

The property was a hot box. Windows wouldn’t open, fans unsafe. Rooms smaller than the pictures show. No signal in the building. We didn’t stay we checked in saw the room and checked out. Hoping for a refund

We were quite disappointed with our stay here. We were looking forward to staying in a modern studio with great aesthetics and amenities. The reality was that the room was very hot, cramped and there was no air con. The window only opened very slightly. Reception was kind enough to provide a fan, which made the room more breathable. But in this heat, we were surprised not to have air con. There were ink stains on the mattress and bedding, which got onto our skin. The mattress was also sinking in the middle, so wasn’t too comfortable to sleep on. It would’ve been nice for glasses/cutlery etc to be provided in the room without having to request them at reception. It also would’ve been nice to have a hook on the bathroom door to be able to hang a towel. Overall, the location and main areas of the building were nice, and reception staff were friendly. But the room was not very practical or comfortable.

Room wax clean, staff friendly and explained that if I needed anything, like cutlery, more towels etc, to just ask. Pool was lovely, gym also was good. I didn’t use many of the facilities as was working, but had a nice area to sit outside in the evening and was ideally situated. It was very hot the week I was there, I left the window open all the time and that helped. No air con, but I’m not a fan of that anyway. People have commented before about the train noise, it didn’t bother me at all. I could hear it but it’s literally like for a few seconds. Bed and pillows were super comfy. Decent bedding. Shower, loo and sink, small but perfectly usable for average sized person. Shows power very good, Kitchen had kettle fridge, microwave and hob. When I got there fridge was on, which was good as meant I could get food straight away. Crockett, I had my own, so you might need to ask, but there were mugs provided. Loads of power points, both plug and USB ports both around the bed and throughout the room. Light switches controlling all lights by bed, door and in kitchen. Bathroom light turns on as you walk into it. Cafe down stairs nice and cool, plenty of seats and variety. I would certainly stay there again.
