This is the perfect hotel for a London stay. The beds are comfy, they bring you new towels each day. It’s the perfect size, it’s in a less busy London area where you can walk to places easily. Right next to stores. I will only stay here when I come to London!

I would definitely recommend this hotel. It was super cool staying underground and the hotel staff were very nice/ helpful. They do charge for early check in, holding bags, and hairdryer. However, I knew that from reading the other reviews so it wasn’t a surprise. Overall it was a safe hotel in a AMAZING location right next to the tube. The rooms were small but super clean. Would stay here again

This was mistake to order this hotel. If you wan to try small jail experience, it is good for try. Shower water came to bedroom. Room door locked earlier before check out time 10 am. Amazing design underground hotel. Hope nothing bad happens here. Difficult to exit if fire or emergency happen. Never pick here again.

Zedwell Underground Hotel was a really nice property with lots of shopping and dining just steps away. I’ve never stayed in an underground hotel so it was a different experience. The rooms are small but cozy. This didn’t really affect me but just beware there are no televisions in the rooms. There is a charge to borrow the iron/ironing board and also to hold your luggage. It’s within walking distance to the underground and tube lines for easy transportation. The staff were really friendly and were readily available if i needed them. There’s a 24 hour restaurant right next door and lots of bars/clubs within walking distance in Soho! I’d stay here again.

It’s a very quirky hotel with it being underground but we loved it. At check in time there were lots of staff around to help and the mobile app rather than a physical key was a really good thing. Rooms are minimalistic, spotlessly clean and had everything we wanted. Amazing rainfall shower with nice toiletries provided, although perhaps think about baths mats as our bathroom did get quite puddly but we managed. We slept brilliantly here, comfy beds, very little noise and no issues with light. Thank you for a great stay Zedwell team.

We had a great get away with them. The room was nice. Price was great. Staff were friendly. They do nickle and dime you on little things like needing to use a hair drier or holding luggage before leaving but I suppose that is fair given the price of the stay overall. I will for sure book here again.

First time staying at this hotel, and I was really impressed with how good it was. Room was a good size (I booked a double) and it was very clean. Shower was great, with no pressure problems. WiFi worked perfectly and was a really good speed. No noise from other guests, and barely any noise from the tube trains. On the negative side, there was no storage in the room or anywhere to hang clothes, and no table or counter to place things like phones and chargers, but I used the bed frame and the floor, so not a significant problem. There was a/c n the room but it was a still little too warm for my liking, but luckily I had a battery powered fan with me. Only 1 lift for the hotel, which meant I used the stairs to get from B5 to ground level each day, but a good chance to build my step count up. Note that there is no mobile phone signal in the hotel as you are several floors underground. Overall a great hotel in a great location. I'll be staying here again for sure.

Noisy as our room was under the road. Cool experience staying underground nonetheless. Lots of add on charges for early check in or late check out or luggage storage or hair dryer. No hot water for two days. Had tonight for compensation. No cell service so be aware you can’t text anyone only iMessage!
