The property was AMAZING and Vera was SO AWESOME! Great showers, comfortable beds and linens. Sintra was closed while we were in Lisbon but she suggested some wonderful options. I would stay here again should be lucky enough to return to Lisbon. Thank you for making our experience wonderful!

Clean and convenient. Not a very family friendly are as it was aa night life area. The hot water pressure in bathroom for shower and sink was horrible. Despite of reporting and someone looking into it, it made no difference. Having a good shower is very important and that was not possible.

Me and my friends stayed here for a long weekend in two of the apartments and we loved how great they were. The Residentas apartments team were readily available on WhatsApp and catered to any of our needs. A lovely touch having some food and drinks included in the room when we arrived too. The apartments are a stone throw away from pink street so good of your looking for somewhere close to the nightlife and local attractions. Would definitely stay here again. A

It was a very well appointed apartment. Very clean and modern. It is located in the bar district so it stays noisy well into the night. We stayed three aughts and did not receive housekeeping, which wasn’t great. Also luggage storage is a bit inconvenient as it is at another location. But would recommend for families with teenagers and above.

Such a cute apartment! I especially loved the decor and there arched ceilings. There bed was very comfortable, including the sofa bed for my son. They even set the dining table nicely and gave us treats! They also gave us a small outdoor table and two folding chairs, which we used multiple nights to sit outside in the courtyard. Lastly, we had a good AC and dehumidifier in the room, which kept the place nice and cool and dry.

Exceptional!
Exceptional and outstanding service provided by the team! The apartment was impressive and located in a great area with the metro station, Time Out Market, and 'Pink Street' all within a two-minute walk. Restaurants all within the area were amazing too. The staff were nothing but attentive, helpful, and on hand to offer additional service if needed. Lisbon is such a gorgeous city and I will definitely be returning soon and staying at Residentas Apostolos again without a doubt!

Residentas Apostolos was perfect for our family of four. The (adult) kids were comfortable on the sofa beds, the interior was beautiful and we enjoyed coffee in the courtyard in the mornings. We didn't use the cooking amenities but it looks like we had everything to prepare a gourmet meal if we wanted! The location was great. We walked everywhere.

Very nice and spacious. Good communication with owners. Area has restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. At night it does get very loud and you do need to wear ear plugs to sleep. The owners provide them. Very clean.

All around excellent experience, communication very fast responses, very good customer care. Nice room with all amenities. Great location close to transport, walkable, shopping, restaurants. The plaza in front of the room may be noisy and with used by homeless as a rest area. All in all we recommend a stay there.

I had a lovely experience during my stay in Lisbon. Great location and close to the train station. Perfect area that’s not too crowded. Management easily communicated through WhatsApp. Room was very spacious and was perfect to relax in after a long day of walking. Definitely would stay here again when visiting Lisbon.

The service was incredible. They keep you updated and answer any and all questions you have via Whatsapp. They are also extremely quick to address and fix any issues - in our case we weren't sure the coffee machine was working and they sent someone that same morning to check. The apartment itself was beautiful and spacious. It was well-stocked with lovely cutlery, dinnerwear, laundry and dish soap, and all toiletries you would ever need. The AC is not the most powerful but we were OK because there are at least 10 windows and lots of fresh air gets in. In terms of location it's between two metro stations (Cais do Sodre and Baixa-Chiado), and has tram and bus access. Very walkable and much quieter than areas like Rua Augusta.

Amazing Location. Good place to stay with the family . Lot of Dining options , Most Lisbon Attractions are either walkable or 10-12 mins by Taxi. The intercity train station is 10 mins away . The Grocery store is 2 mins away which is like a mini safeway for those in the US. They have a well equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer in the Unit. They don't really have anyone onsite but will respond immediately on Whatsapp.

The apartment is located in a beautiful historic building near the waterfront. It was walkable to many important sites and was near a plethora of good restaurants and cafes. The apartment itself was very modern and stylishly decorated with all the modern coveniences. We loved our stay in beautiful Lisbon.
