Lincoln Center’s outdoor sites include Josie Robertson Plaza, Barclays Capital Grove and Damrosch Park, with a giant bandshell. The opera is actually cheaper than a musical. If you're lucky, you'll only pay $25 for rush tickets. Don't worry about not understanding French or Italian, there's an translation board in front of you.
