Location on the snow front, not overlooked, with splendid views of the summits of the Vanoise Park, the slopes, the resort. South orientation.
Apartment located in the residence, at the parking level, on the arrival side; but on the 3rd floor, slope side, giving off a magnificent panoramic view of Mont Vallon (2950m), the Aiguille du fruit (3050m), the Dent de Burgin (2740m) and La Saulire (2700m) with its slopes.
Departure and return on skis from the ski locker located 3 meters from the piste. The new "Little Himalaya" space created in 2015 for beginners and its play area "Yeti Park," for children is located right in front of the residence.

The property had everything needed for a mixed group of 7. Not a large or luxurious property but we did not expect it to be. Very convenient for access to the slopes. Plenty of kitchen equipment to cook your meals. Fantastic views from the small balcony. No dedicated parking but there is a huge amount of free parking close to the property...we stayed in half term and did not have a problem parking. Communication with the owners was very clear and prompt, thank you Valerie. Would recommend this rental for a mixed group on a budget that wants ski in ski out convenience.

Avoid at all cost
The worst French alps experience by far. The property management’s poor communication caused us spending the first night without bedsheets and towels. They stopped responding our messages when we raised the issue with them while our group was polite and respectful in our language. This is rude and unprofessional. Apart from communication, the apartment was not properly cleaned with random stuffs laying around. Avoid this listing at ball cost!

Great place very close to the pistes
We had a great week staying here. The apartment is quite spacious compared to others we have stayed in. The room with the bunks was small but it is possible for 2 adults to sleep there (other reviews said it wasn't). My two sons (both over 6 ft) slept there and were fine. There is plenty of storage space in the bathroom. You need to take your own sheets and towels or hire them, which was not a problem but just pointing out for others. Very handy for ski in ski out. I think the ski locker must be one of the closest to the pistes in the 3 valleys! Great place, hope to return some time.

The apartment is a good size for 4 people and the ski in ski out location is excellent for skiing. However the twin bunk room is very small, suitable for children rather than adults. We had 4 adults so one person opted to sleep in the living room.

Agréable séjour aux pieds des pistes
Très agréable séjour dans un appartement où on a chaud ça c’est important! Aux pieds des pistes avec une belle vue sur ces dernières. Cuisine refaite. Salle de bain spacieuse. Il faut prendre le funiculaire pour les courses mais c’est en bas de l’escalier, facile et rapide. Monsieur Bourdin est très gentil et vous donnera toutes les informations nécessaires avant votre départ. Boîte à clefs qui facilite grandement l’arrivée et le départ sans stress. Nous recommandons !

goede locatie - ouder en niet goed onderhouden appartement
ontbrekende info: 1. geen wifi, nochtans gevraagd en heel kleine kamers 2. geen info over de grootte van de bedden (enkel na telefonisch contact) en geen info over beddegoed + matrassen en zetels in heel slechte staat 3. eenmaal ter plaatse bleek er geen controle op netheid te zijn geweest - was 'snel gekuist' door de vorige gebruikers 4. stopcontacten hangen uit de muur

Situation appartement
Le propriétaire est adorable, et à l écoute. L appartement est plutôt spacieux et bien équipé. Son principal avantage est un départ et une arrivée skis aux pieds .. son principal inconvénient est sa situation géographique, entre 2 et donc un peu loin de tout ce qui est activité hors ski. Il y a des navettes mais trop rares et quand elles passent ... nous avons pour autant passé un agréable séjour.
