It was OK. The owner was helpful and pleasant. I would have liked to know there was no breakfast before I arrived, but this wasnt a problem and the owner kindly left me some cereal. Room very basic,but was clean and near to where I needed to be.

We didn’t like finding out the day before we arrived that we would have to share a washroom for the first night. A fan would have been helpful in the room as it was quite hot and bugs came in when we opened the window. We would have appreciated clean towels being left for us...it was awkward to find someone to ask. We appreciated having a small fridge in the room.

Bad experience and Misinformation.
Really at a loss of words, this whole deal has put me off from using Hotel.com website. Nothing but misinformation. They should not advertise as a hotel on any website. Didn’t stay , went back to London rather than stay.
