"We had a quick birthday celebration for our daughter & it was lovely. Quiet, restful & a great way to reconnect. The home is beautifully appointed & so well decorated. A nice addition would be a list of nearby restaurants and/or grocery stores because the lake confused Yelp greatly (spots that are 3 miles away are an hour drive, to get around the lake). We made due though & would definitely stay there again."

"I booked this property for a mini-family reunion for 9 adults and one baby. Upon arrival, everyone was impressed. Plenty of space, property is beautiful, clean and well-kept. The owners were lovely to work with and answered any questions immediately. They even reached out proactively when a hail storm was about to blow through to allow us access to their garage/protect our cars- a move that is GREATLY appreciated! Our family likes to cook and the kitchen had everything we needed. I'd say the place was perfect for our needs and we'll be back with friends one day! Many Thanks!"

"This house speaks for itself with the courtyard giant tree and the huge windows overlooking the lake. Our family loved eating dinner outside on the patio every night and playing many games on the pool table. We even ran out of propane and someone came in provide us with a new tank within hours. The dock/lake access was just a short walk down and gave us a nice fishing spot. We will definitely be back!!"

"The house is amazing and very clean. The pool and backyard was not cleaned properly upon arrival, yet the manager of the house was promoted to fix it! Recommend for a nice relaxing weekend!"

"Eight family members enjoyed our stay during the 2024 Eclipse. The home was well kept and comfortable with all the kitchen facilities we needed for our group. Short walk to pool gym dock and restaurant. Hosts were very easy to work with. Glad we came!"

"We had a family of 7 adults, ages 21 to 74, stay at Villa Soleil for 5 days. The property was as described in the listing. Very spacious with many things to do. We were a little disappointed that there was no cable TV for local channels. Only streaming services. We had some severe weather moving through the area and it would have been nice to see a local weather report. It was a bit of a drive to go anywhere, but I guess folks in Texas are used to traveling great distances. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen in any rental home that I have stayed in. The views were spectacular. Overall, a very enjoyable experience."

"We really enjoyed this property and all that was included on site. The upper balcony waa huge and had plenty of spacento hang out and enjoy the outdoors. We love the swings on the lower back deck. They were entertaining and relaxing for the whole family. The river was very low sadly but we expected it. We still found an area to walk down to river and the kids waded in it for a bit. This property was close enough to cedar park where there was plenty of places to eat out and activities to do of you wanted."

"We had a good time, not everything was perfect but overall nice. The good: it was nice and clean ans the instructions were easy to follow. The not so good: the couch was broken and half of the lights didnt work"
