「I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the floor (and unit) was. I don’t wear shoes inside anywhere and I was expecting my feet to be dirty but they weren’t. That is a huge deal to me. All utensils/cooking items/dishes/cups were in the kitchenette. The mattress was very comfortable for what it was. Overall a great price to not have to drive 2.5 hours from Denver and then hike for the day. I will definitely stay here again when planning time in the Leadville area. Right near the main road...
「Great location. Rec path and lake within walking. The hotel is under major renovations so no breakfast service, no pool etc. But I feel the price reflected that accordingly and it was affordable for us.

As far as the room went, the bathroom counter space was very small and even though the sliding bathroom door was neat, it isn’t the best for privacy as the door is frosted glass. I was traveling with my four kids and they didn’t feel it was a very private space. The shower was very nice with both a removable spray nozzle and rain option.
