Luxury Home with Strip Views from Dining Room, and 2 Patios

This 3000sq ft home sits on 1 acre of land with a private playground and 2 different patios (one for bbq and one with views of the mountains and a clear view of the Las Vegas strip). This is a legal short-term vacation rental with proper city registration. There is a full kitchen and dining room with mountain and Strip views. A play area off the main living room has an extra fold-out sofa and billiard table.
During summer months (June through September) there is a 10' X 20', 3.5ft deep above ground pool also with strip views.

Great experience!
We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, and the house exceeded our expectations in size. Situated in a tranquil neighborhood with a blend of modern upscale homes, the location was ideal. Getting to the strip on the days we visited was relatively hassle-free, barring occasional traffic congestion.

Property was just right. Close to downtown but far enough away and in a quiet neighborhood. The house was beautifully furnished with everything we needed. We loved the patio and view.

Great House and yard in a great location
We had a wonderful stay over Christmas. The house was decorated beautifully for the Holidays. It was easy to access, and close to so many restaurants you'd never run out of new ones to try. Not to mention, it's only about a 15 minute drive to the Strip and less than 10 to Green Valley Ranch. The kitchen was supplied with all of the necessities including bakeware for making dinners at home, as well as a grilling area. There's an outdoor patio with propane firepit for lounging outdoors, even in the evening. The large yard has plenty of plants and trees for exploring. The four bedrooms provided plenty of space for our family, and everything was clean. Good communication with the owner. We would highly recommend.

New Years Eve
Excellent, excellent, excellent!!! The property looks exactly as listed and is super clean!!! The views of the strip at night are wonderful and we were able to enjoy all of the New Years Eve fireworks and displays on the strip from the home minus the crowds and confusion. This was especially helpful seeing how we had small kids with us. The property is conveniently located to everything, the airport, strip, grocery stores, malls, etc.., which was awesome. We'll definitely be back the next time we're in Vegas.

Exactly what we needed
I have family nearby and came in from out of town with my family of five. We needed a home base to cook, catch up and relax. We loved the swing set play structures in the yard, the space, the views, and the ability just to be together and cook a good Turkey dinner! I hope to make this our little oasis again next time we visit.

Family Men’s Retreat
We had a fantastic time during our getaway! The property's location, just a 15-minute drive from the Las Vegas Strip, made it incredibly convenient. The host was not only friendly but also very responsive. The property offers a sense of spaciousness and seclusion while still being close to all the conveniences of the city. Although a jacuzzi or pool would have been a great addition, we made the most of the expansive yard. We'll definitely be considering another stay here in the future.
