The furniture,mainly the bed frame itself needs replacing. The mattress was fine.There was a lack of dishes, no forks at all, one wine glass only. Two of us were staying in the room. Made it difficult. The bathroom sink drained very slowly. We totally enjoy VRBO, but this experience was off.

It was a perfect location close to the strip but still quiet and romantic.

Only one tv out of three worked, tub was filthy, baseboard was peeling off, balcony was dusty and dirty with no seating,we stayed three nights and could get one night of towels and was told by the front desk that there was nothing they could do about out towel situations, in short we had no room service. There was paint bubbles on the walls, the floors was awful, for the most part the room was different from what I saw in the online photos. Just Sad

We loved this place! Stayed here for two nights knowing it’s just a short ride to the strip. The balcony was wonderful and the bath tub was so nice to soak inside of in the morning after being out all night!
