Everything was great except the service. Personnel at front desk was rude and short on two different occasions, but the maintenance staff was really nice.

I liked the excellent service, the help I receive when needed. Carpet in bedroom should be washed. The wall behind the beds should be cleaned. No more smoking throughout the casino!!! Thank you for everything!

This hotel needs so much work it’s so sad no fridge no microwave tv not even smart tv horrible am sorry to say that but it’s all staff so great and helpful.

We have been to Vegas several times and stayed at different locations each time. Excalibur was a great Hotel/Casino to stay at. The Food Court was Incredible. The facilities were great. The only issue we had was the cost of buying supplies (food/drink) in the lobby at the lobby store was overpriced. And, there is no Walgreens/CVS/ABC close by to buy those things at.

I just spent a few days at the Excalibur for a birthday trip and found despite the age of the hotel it was a very good condition. I stayed on the royal tower based on other reviews and the furnishings were fine. I knew there was no fridge or kettle and also knew of the price of coffee from coffee shops so I did bring a collapsible silicone kettle and instant coffee and silicone collapsible cups to use for the coffee, it was a great way to save a few bucks and put more money into other meals/ time of the day. We enjoyed the pool taking an hour or so there every day to enjoy the weather before heading out for other activities, the chairs are lower quality, but work well. For extra you can rent chairs with cushions or cabanas. The pool bar is convenient, and there is a poolside restaurant too, that we did not try. Going up from the casino area is some shops and food options. I’d stay there again for a less wet coating Vegas-strip room.

My husband and I always stay in this hotel but after what we saw in this trip, it will be a never again for us, we moved the chairs to eat food and there was worms on the floor. The shower has mold and the hair dryer and phone don’t work. Would not recommend.

We have stayed here before and liked it, sadly this time not at all. No refrigerator in the room anymore, no coffee maker. The chest of drawers is worn so much the drawers don't stay closed. Our daughters room hab no soap, they switched to full size bottles. Beds where comfy but thats about it. Needs an update!

Staff was great and room very clean. However the room was not only dated, it was in a bit of disrepair. For example, a couple of lamps didn’t work. On built in light (built into the bed’s headboard) was broken off with wires exposed. To me cleanliness is the biggest thing, and the room was perfectly clean. I’d stay here again, but I would say there is a reason this hotel comes in cheaper than most others on the strip and it’s because it’s not as new nor been as recently revamped as some of the others.

Our room was clean enough, the carpet was only clean in the middle but not in the corners or up against the bed. The shower door was crusted with stuff at the bottom. The room was quite dark and needs a refresh. There was a bit of a stale smoke smell.
