Great Home
This rental was really really good. We arrived to Las Vegas really really late because we were on the road driving and once we got to the house there were no problems getting in and it was a very peaceful neighborhood. Las Vegas is also very hot and the house was really cool which made it amazing to sleep at. I recommend this rental.

Perfect get away for group
Great stay for group of 8, located near lots of food, attractions and outlet stores. Stayed during festival weekend and would recommend 10/10.

Needs a LOT of work!
I rented this VRBO as a place for my relatives to stay while attending a family funeral, because it was close to the airport and down the street from my sister's house in Henderson. The rental was unacceptable. Not only was it dirty, it "felt" dirty. The carpets and upholstered furniture were filthy, and the tile floors were grimy and dirty (you could not walk around in bare feet!). After seeing the mop in the garage that is used to clean them, it looks like it has been used on the asphalt streets in front of the house. The air filter and cover grates have obviously not been cleaned in years. The entire inside also needs a coat of paint. One of my family members said it felt like she was camping! The kitchen was sparsely furnished with cheap utensils and silverware. There were no dish towels and only one wash cloth that was to be used as a dish cloth and two over-used sponges. There was a Mr. Coffee, coffee, powdered creamer and an opened box of sugar; a mix-mash of serving bowls, misc. pots and pans, some Tupperware-type containers, Corelle plates, cereal bowls and assorted cups and glasses. Appliances were adequate. Trash bags and a roll of paper towels were furnished. There is one bedroom downstairs and the Master and three additional bedrooms upstairs. None of the bedrooms had dressers and only two of them had a small nightstand. Chairs were brought in from around the dining room table to use as nightstands to place phones, water, books, glasses, etc. on as the carpets were so dirty no one wanted to lay their things on the floor. Coming from out of state, it would have been nice to sit outside and enjoy the Las Vegas weather. The back yard is concrete and there is no patio furniture. I was told there was to be no outside activity and the backyard was OFF LIMITS and there would be a $250 fee if there was a noise complaint from the neighbors; however, the house sits on a very busy and noisy street and there was a dog next door that was continually barking at something or other. If you continue to rent this house out to ten guests as indicated on your VRBO listing, you should consider having at least one towel per person and maybe a wash cloth and a hand towel each (thank goodness for a sister living nearby!). Hooks or additional towel bars would also be helpful so guests have a place to hang their wet towels.
