This is a newly renovated home that's approximately 1,000 sq. ft. with new floors and a beautiful kitchen. It's in a safe family neighborhood and has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom...the home has a modern clean design and is a very comfortable space.

Non- disruptive small get togethers' are allowed with low music and noise volume...15 people Max for an additional $350..Please let me know you're planning to have a small gathering for preparation...After booking payment request will be sent.

This beautiful home is centrally located just a few miles from Downtown Summerlin, Red Rock Casino, AMC movie theater and more! It is both functional and cozy for you to enjoy. Each bedroom has a good quality memory foam mattress cover. You'll definitely have a goodnights sleep!

Clean, Quiet nicely updated property conveniently located.
Nice clean property in a safe quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed the big kitchen there are several grocery stores near by. Liked sitting on the back patio and bed was very comfortable. It was a perfect location to base out of for my week of work around the area. Also enjoyed walking in near by Pueblo Patk
